Food

While I am far from being an expert in the kitchen, below are some recipes that I enjoy and have made repeatedly. All of the recipes originate from cookbooks and have been modified in some way, such as for taste or ease of preparation. Also listed below are some links to food and cooking related websites.

Recipe for Tim's Texas Chili
Moroccan Chicken
My interest in Moroccan food started from eating at the Moroccan restaurant at EPCOT in Walt Disney World. I've made this recipe dozens of times, and it is one of my favorities.
Spinach and Sausage Country Soup
This is a very easy to make soup with an Italian flair. It is not too heavy, and can be made any time of year. The "healthy" original called for turkey sausage, but Italian sausage is much better.
Tim's Texas Chili
Chili is one of my favorite dishes to make during football season. This recipe is "original" and was derived from simple experimentation until I found a combination that suited my tastes.

Recipe for Beef and Pepper Pot
Beef and Pepper Pot
This is a great Irish pub type of recipe. Whether you wish to call it a soup or a stew is up to you. While the original did not call for the whiskey, I found it to be a very flavorful addition.
