This page contains some of my entertainment related interests, including British television, and custom album artwork that I created for my music library. Both subjects will be continually updated and expanded, and my plan is for this page to grow over time with some additional subjects.
Though I am American, I have an insatiable addiction to British television and movies, and in particular, British crime and mysteries. My British TV Crime & Mysteries page contains categorized information on dozens of series and movies, and the page is viewed thousands of times monthly. At some point in the future, I may add other pages for foreign language crime & mysteries, British documentaries, and British drama. Custom Album Art
Music is one of my addictions, and this extends into album art, such as using high quality and high resolution images in my digital music library. As the artwork provided by iTunes is normally low quality, the useful Album Art Exchange website provides high quality and high resolution images of official artwork for commercially released music. There are times, though, when the artwork for an album or song may be inadequate, or there may simply be none. For example, there is no official artwork for concert bootleg recordings, obviously, as the concerts are not commercially available. In these cases, some music fanatics, such as myself, may create their own custom album artwork. Listed below are some artists for which I have created my own custom album art. Though I claim to be far from an expert in the kitchen, these are some recipes that I regularly make. Most of the recipes originate from cookbooks, and the source is listed with each recipe. Most were modified in some way, such as for taste, serving size, and ease of preparation. All of the photographs were taken before consuming the item, so there is no trick photography or food modification, as done with many cookbook photographs. Any feedback or questions are quite welcome, and if you make one of the recipes, I am definitely interested in your opinion of the result.
